Planogram Compliance

There is no point is having a product planogram if it is not being implemented. If the POG is not being adhered to, then the investment in devising the planogram will not pay any dividends.

We systematically check compliance, which will ultimately show areas of weakness, gaps, out of stock items etc.

Product Placement

Not only will we help place your product, we will check outlets / stores where your product has been placed by a third party to ensure the stock is correctly placed to adhere with your retailer agreements, we will check facings, POS support and condition, shelf locations, store location etc.
